Kelsey began her yoga journey in 2013 in this very studio. The first time she practiced on her mat she knew she was home and fell in love with how yoga brought stillness to the mind, body, and spirit.
A year later, Kelsey completed her teacher training through Live Well Studio in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Her passion in life is to spread the light of this incredible practice through her teaching. One of Kelsey's loyal clients describes her as having "a lively, warm personality and is able to inject humor into her instruction. She is a skilled and intuitive teacher and teaches with love and compassion."

Yoga for Recovery ~ Level 0 ($7 suggested donation)
Yoga for Recovery is focused on helping those who are recovering from substance abuse and addiction. This class teaches meditation, breathing practices, yoga poses and movement in a nurturing environment. We work with the philosophical tools of both Hatha Yoga and the 12 Steps. Hatha Yoga helps us clear the smoky mirror of the mind so that we can begin to be our true and best selves. The 12 Steps give us tools to build a better life. Yoga for Recovery is a Live Well Studio Community Class. Suggested donation is $7, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.
