I teach a playful practice rooted in breath.Yoga is a tool to learn your body and mind, connecting the two via breath. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in vinyasa flow and am currently pursuing 500-hour training. I dabble in many yoga styles, am a reader of classic literature, a biologist by training, and an observer by nature--I bring these elements to my classes as well. If not on the mat, I'm practicing yoga in my hammock or more actively in nature with my camera.
