Jocelyn Fultz

Practicing for nearly 20 years, Jocelyn brings a vibrant sense of playfulness to her classes. A yoga teacher since 2010, with training in Dance, Theatre, Martial Arts, and Massage Therapy, she uses her multifaceted experience to guide students on a fun and exploratory asana practice. She is a formal student of Rishi Maha Mandaleshwar Sri Shambhavananda Yogi, or Babaji (as his students call him), and thanks her sangha all across the country for supporting her daily yogic practice. Jocelyn is an RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance through the Shambhava School of Yoga.

Jocelyn Fultz instructs the following:
  • Detox Flow ~ Level 2
  • This 75 minute sequence is designed to stimulate, cleanse, and nourish the body and mind. Breath and postures focus on stimulating the core. We will lengthen, strengthen, and twist! This class is a dynamic flow that will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed.

  • Power Flow - Level All
  • Power Flow channels your inner warrior in this powerful sunrise class. Designed to expand your awareness, build strength, and transform your practice. Power Flow focuses on building a strong foundation and clear alignment to help you build towards more advance asana in other LiveWell Classes. Changes weekly with sessions targeting specific areas of the body and one week of total body tune up each month. Students can jump in at any time, this class is all levels with no advanced yoga experience required as well as no advanced asana practiced in class. Whether you are looking to build strength, cross train or simply have a powerful morning, Power Flow will fuel your inner fire and give you the energy to start your day off right.

  • Flow Yoga ~ Level All
  • Flow yoga (level all) synchronizes movement with breath as yoga postures flow from one to the next. This all levels class moves as a flowing practice. Students learn new poses through experience and guidance while in the midst of ‘a practice’. Class may include inversions and arm balances along with sun salutes, standing poses, back bends, forward bends, meditation and relaxation. Meditation and savasana bound the practice.

  • Level 2 Led Practice
  • Level II Workshop is for intermediate-experienced practitioners who want to work into advanced postures and refine familiar postures. Class is a led practice, where the instructor practices with the class, but in workshop style: incorporating discussion, partner assists, and deep curiosity. If you have a question or conundrum in your own practice, please bring it to class.
