Keisha Rose Harrison
Keisha was first introduced to yoga in 2011 after sustaining a running injury. She was looking for a low-impact way to simultaneously challenge and rejuvenate her body. After taking her first class, Keisha never looked back. She was immediately drawn to the rewarding qualities that yoga had brought her. A regular practice brought her closer to understanding how to better use her body and mind to navigate through space.
A lover a learning, Keisha has experience in the following forms of yoga: Baptiste, Hatha, Kemetic, Hot, Power and Vinyasa Flow. She tries to keep her classes adaptive and incorporate a mix of elements from this variety to fit the needs of her students. Keisha believes that health is wealth, and to that mental health cannot be achieved without physical health. She hopes to help others beginning or continuing their practice to embrace all the salubrious facets that yoga has to offer.
