Co-owner Kristina Ender exited the corporate world in 2004 to pursue her passion for helping people create their own productive passionate lives. After a year of traveling (one of her personal passions) she founded EndWell Coaching as the hub for this new vocation. Soon after she started teaching pilates. “There is so much interplay between life coaching and body work, it was just a natural fit for me.”

First introduced to mat pilates in the mid 90‘s Kristina shares, “I was smitten by the effectiveness of the work and its ability to focus my thinking. It became the gateway for me to learn how to quiet my mind and expand my practice into other areas like yoga.”

Kristina’s forte lies in helping reasonably healthy bodies become even healthier. Her teaching style draws heavily on the classical tradition, meaning working as close to J.H. Pilates original work as possible while meeting clients needs. “It’s critical to start where the client is, so I modify as need be and work the client toward the ideal classical model. People are often surprised at how athletic a pilates workout can be and that’s where I enjoy playing.”

Kristina’s pilates training has included Physical Mind Institute, Power Pilates, Peak Pilates, STOTT Pilates, and the Pilates Pink Ribbon Program.  She also holds a B.S. degree in Communication and Marketing.

Just for fun….

My favorite exercise is…There are so many!

  • Mat – I really like side bend, it’s a very empowering move
  • Reformer – Stomach massage round, I really feel my abs working my low back open
  • Tower – Push Through w/ the monkey bar feels like a yummy massage for the spine and I feel inches taller!
  • Chair – Pull up because it’s hard to do correctly and I’m darn proud I can do it!

The exercise I avoid or ‘forget’ to teach is… Neck Pull – it’s intensely difficult to do correctly, key word correctly!
