Private Therapeutic Yoga uses yogic and ayurvedic principles to find balance in the body and spirit, thus decreasing pain and suffering while increasing harmony and balance. Private Yoga sessions include a personal prescribed practice of posture, breath and meditation designed specifically for you. Private yoga addresses the whole individual, beginning by working with the body, and acknowledging that the body cannot be healed without healing the whole individual.
