Angie Greenwood has trained in both yoga and Pilates.  Her yoga background began in the Anusara system with an emphasis on alignment.  Currently, she is studying with the Yoga Studies Institute which emphasizes spiritual wholeness and discovery.  Additionally, she is studying an Ayurvedic approach that focuses on balance in your yoga practice and in life.  Her Pilates training began with Antigone Cook and continued with Stott Pilates which is a modern approach to Joseph Pilates’ classical system.  Angie uses her Pilates training to inform her yoga practice and her yoga training to inform her Pilates practice.  She feels the two disciplines work hand in hand.  Angie’s privates focus on meeting the client where they are and helping them to reach their full potential.  She welcomes people of all levels of ability.  She can offer mat and equipment Pilates privates, yoga privates, or a fusion of the two.  Click here for fun facts about Angie.
