Just for fun….

My favorite poses are…I love all balancing poses: tree, eagle, dancer, warrior III

The pose I avoid or ‘forget’ to teach is….Pincamayurasana: elbow balance, because inversions, and this one in particular, have always been extremely challenging for me.

I find inspiration….in the world all around me.

My ideal day looks like….lots of quiet time, a long walk, a bit of creative play, and dinner with family and friends.

When I was a kid….things were rough.

My hobbies include… walking in the forest, photography, dancing.

One of my favorite books is… Pilgrims to Openness, by Shambhavi Saraswati.

I won’t live without…. love.

My secret power is… levitation.  (I’m working on it.)
