Corvallis, OR

Corvallis
, home of Oregon State University, is a town of 50,000 people surrounded by farmlands in the heart of the Willamette Valley. A small town with big town amenities, Corvallis is close to rivers and forests, and offers great restaurants, a charming downtown, a thriving twice-weekly farmer’s market and a local wine industry. The organic farms are abundant here, and in the summer you can eat locally raised food near-exclusively.  A 2-hour drive west brings you to the Majestic Oregon Coast and a 2-hour drive east takes you deep into the mountains called the Great Cascades.

Most of the teacher training will be held in an intimate and beautiful neighborhood studio space in north Corvallis.  The studio is walking distance to forest trails and just blocks from the First Alternative Natural Foods Co-op and Sam’s Station Bakery and Cafe.  We will take at least one of our yoga sessions out among the trees to practice in the beauty of this fabulous landscape.
