Beginning with an 18 month immersion program in 2003, Afton Muir has studied a varied range of yoga practices and philosophies. She brings warmth and poetry to her classes with a blend of mindfulness, structural alignment, intuitive movement, and compassionate self-study. Afton's intention is to guide students into deep relationship with their own inner teacher. She completed her 200 hr certification at Live Well Studio in 2016. She is an artist, dancer, wildflower gardener and mother of four.

Flow Yoga ~ Level All
Flow yoga (level all) synchronizes movement with breath as yoga postures flow from one to the next. This all levels class moves as a flowing practice. Students learn new poses through experience and guidance while in the midst of ‘a practice’. Class may include inversions and arm balances along with sun salutes, standing poses, back bends, forward bends, meditation and relaxation. Meditation and savasana bound the practice.
