Kirstin first took yoga for a college credit in 2014, and quickly became enamored with the practice. Since then she has engaged in a regular practice and completed her 200 Teacher Training at Live Well Studio in spring of 2018. Kirstin’s yoga practice involves vinyasa flow yoga and focuses on asana as a pathway to deeper internal discovery. She focuses on bridging the Cartesian mind-body gap and using one’s own body as a guide to practice in her classes. She believes in a pragmatic style of teaching and making yoga accessible to students wherever they are at in their practice. In her free time, she can be found reading, hiking, or studying. Kirstin is also currently a student at Oregon State University pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Public Health with a focus on Health Promotion and Health Behavior.
Kirstin Yeomans is currently not instructing any classes.
